Request Technical Support

The Support Desk offers the most efficient way of contacting our technical support team.

  • We monitor the Support Desk from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday.
  • We reply to tickets within one (1) business day, and sooner for urgent matters.
  • By submitting a support request, you authorize The Whole Brain Group at an hourly rate of $150 to assess, investigate, and resolve the issue(s) you are reporting. We will contact you if more than one (1) hour is required.

Please Note:

  • If you have a WholeBrainCare Pro website maintenance plan, we provide one (1) hour of free technical support per month.
  • If you have an active AccreditStation account, we provide free technical support as part of your contract.
